Laila Thompson

Laila Thompson has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as an Engineering Support Technician, Team Lead, and Assistant Task Lead at Darkblade Systems since June 2014. Previous positions include Production Manager and Senior Electronics Technician at Praemittias Systems LLC, where responsibilities encompassed managing manufacturing processes and performing RF communications systems analysis. Laila also held roles at Smart Transistions, LLC and Digital Receiver Technology, Inc., focusing on prototype circuit testing and advanced electronic equipment development. Laila's career began in the US Air Force Reserve as a Radio & Telephone NCOIC, overseeing maintenance operations. Laila holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Project Management and Operations from Purdue Global and an A.A.S in Electronics Engineering Technology from the Community College of Philadelphia, among other certifications.
