Kim Alvarez

Kim Alvarez has extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, currently serving as a Cardiovascular and Heart Failure Specialty Sales representative at AstraZeneca since June 2003, where responsibilities include promoting Farxiga and Brilinta to cardiologists across four counties in Florida. In addition to sales, Kim holds the position of Florida Region Sales Force Operations Tools System and Technology Leader, providing resources to colleagues. Kim has also been a Guardian AD Litem Volunteer for the Tenth Judicial Circuit since June 2010, advocating for children in legal situations, and serves as an Authorized Stewards of Children Facilitator for the Darkness to Light Organization, promoting child sexual abuse prevention training. Previous experience includes a role in pharmaceutical sales at Merck from February 2000 to June 2003. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Organizational Management from Warner University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Polk State College.
