Paula Sellars

Paula Sellars, M.S.W., is an accomplished leader in social work and education with extensive experience in developing curriculum and training programs for non-profit organizations and corporations. Currently serving as the Interim Executive Director at Bounty & Soul, Paula co-founded Darkness to Light's Stewards of Children®️ Program as a consultant, author, and director, facilitating international child sexual abuse prevention and response. Previously, Paula held roles such as Executive Vice President at Phoenix Possibilities Inc., where large-scale training and curriculum initiatives were developed, and Director of Program Design at VistaLynk, focusing on resilience in aging and caregiving. Paula's background encompasses psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and innovative program development, with a strong emphasis on integrative mental health education and trauma recovery.
