Isabel Richards Frsa

Isabel Richards FRSA serves as the Vice President of Product at Darktrace since May 2025 and as a Visiting Fellow at Zinc since November 2024. Previously, Isabel held roles as a Product Advisor and Principal Product Manager at Faculty from October 2021 to May 2025, and as a member of the Ethics Committee Advisory Group at Digital Catapult from October 2021 to April 2023. Isabel's extensive experience in product management includes significant positions at Ocado Technology, where responsibilities included leading the UK Development Centres and overseeing the Ocado Smart Platform from its initial trial to launch. Isabel began her career as a Software Engineer for the Code for Life initiative and held sales roles at Moma Foods Ltd. Isabel holds a Masters in AI, Ethics, and Society from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
