Katerina Moutsoula

Katerina Moutsoula is a Strategic Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Darktrace since December 2022, bringing prior experience as a Customer Success Manager for SMB & Mid-Market in the same region. Previously, Katerina served as a Customer Success Executive at eConsult Health for a brief period and held the position of Client Advisor at Access Fertility from August 2021 to September 2022. Katerina began professional experience as an Operations Assistant in the Department of Residential Services at The American College of Greece, where Katerina worked from May 2018 to May 2020. Katerina holds a BA Honors in Psychology from The American College of Greece and The Open University and completed a study abroad program in Psychology at Richmond American University London in 2017.
