Sofia Gonzalez-Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and enterprise business development. Currently serving as VP of Enterprise Customer Success for Northern-Europe at Darktrace, Sofia has held multiple roles within the company, including VP of Customer Success for EMEA & LATAM and Customer Success Director for EMEA. Prior experience includes positions at Goodlord as an Enterprise Business Development Executive and at Softcat plc as an Account Manager. Sofia's career began at ikiOra as a Social Media Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included managing social media accounts and facilitating bilingual communication.
