Brian Cieslik

Brian Cieslik is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction Services at Darland Construction Co. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Brian spent 15 years at Lueder Construction Company, where responsibilities included leading the estimating team as a Senior Preconstruction Manager and providing estimating services for a range of commercial projects. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Estimator at RL Fauss Builders, focusing on multi-family and commercial projects across the country. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
