Walter Hoogkamer

Walter Hoogkamer has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Controller for Rendering and Specialties at Darling Ingredients International since January 2014. Key responsibilities include overseeing a joint-venture blood plant in Italy and maintaining compliance with US GAAP standards. Prior to this role, Walter worked as a Finance Manager during the integration of the International Division into Darling Ingredients and has a solid foundation in financial management from positions at VION Food Group and KPMG Audit. Walter holds multiple degrees in Accountancy and Financial Economic Management from Tilburg University and has a background in skier services at Aspen Skiing Company.
