Today, Darling Ingredients operates in Canada with over 500 employees, providing essential services for the efficient and environmentally responsible management of collecting, processing and recycling edible and inedible animal by-products. What exactly does Darling Ingredients do to build a renewable and sustainable future? We recycle more than 99% of the collected products and turn them into value-added products. We provide vital services to the food and agricultural industries, along with animal by-product collection that would otherwise be diverted to landfill. We also recycle used cooking oil and turn it into biofuel or ingredients for animal feed.
