Vaughn Stephen is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on automation, controls, and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Plant Engineering at Darlington Snacks since March 2023, Vaughn previously held several key positions, including Engineer and Maintenance Manager at Diamond Pet Foods, and Manager of Engineering, Controls, & Maintenance at The J.M. Smucker Company. Notable past roles also include Corporate Controls Engineer at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition and Director of Engineering and Maintenance at TRIPLE T FOODS CORP. With a background in industrial automation, Vaughn founded S&B System Integrators, LLC, serving as CEO and Automation Specialist. Vaughn’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Missouri Southern State University, expected in December 2025, and a high school diploma from Lamar High School.
