Daronmont is a Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) operating mainly in the Defence Electronics sector integrating and supporting Surveillance Systems, Command and Control applications, Deployable C4I systems and ESM/DF systems for aerospace, land and naval applications. The company designs, develops, manufactures, installs, operates and supports both hardware and software systems, system interfaces and system upgrades. In hardware, Daronmont covers the entire electronics spectrum and in software, from databases to real time embedded software. Daronmont has approximately 90 professional engineers and para-professionals. The company’s experience is diverse – from building prototypes to support of unattended communications/surveillance facilities. Since undertaking the first task for Defence in 1998 Daronmont has completed over 100 discreet defence projects in addition to its major contracts. Daronmont is successfully exporting systems to New Zealand and Canada. Passive Radar commercialisation is an area of intense focus as we deliver prototype systems to the Australian Defence Forces via the Defence Innovation Hub.
