Jesse Watkins

Jesse Watkins currently serves as a Program Security Officer at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since August 2022. Previously, Jesse held the position of Senior Program Security Representative at System High Corporation, focusing on DARPA projects from November 2020 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Security Manager at BAE Systems for the NATO SeaSparrow Surface Missile System Project Office from September 2019 to November 2020. Jesse's military background includes over 19 years with the Idaho Army National Guard, where responsibilities ranged from Command Security Manager to Chief Intelligence Analyst, managing Sensitive Compartmented Information programs and providing strategic intelligence support during operations in Iraq. Jesse holds a Master's degree in Military Science, Leadership and Operational Art, and has advanced degrees in Strategic Intelligence Studies and Biology from accredited institutions.
