Mika Nalls

Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst

Mika Nalls is an experienced IT professional with a focus on cybersecurity and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Operations Security Center Analyst at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since November 2024, Mika monitors classified and unclassified networks, conducts incident detection and response, and performs forensic analyses of security incidents. Prior to this role, Mika worked at DARPA as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst, providing technical support and resolving IT issues. Experience also includes roles as a Service Desk Technician and Diplomatic Security Officer at the U.S. Department of State, and as a Help Desk Analyst at Insight Global. Mika has a background in leading help desk operations at Apple and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigation from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
