Eilon Carmel-Or, CPA, MBA

Eilon Carmel-Or is a CPA and MBA with a range of work experience in finance and accounting roles. They began their career at the Registrar of Companies, where they provided customer service and assisted companies with bureaucratic and regulatory issues. Eilon then worked as a Senior Audit Associate at PwC Israel, managing small audit teams and conducting audits for various organizations.

After that, Eilon joined NICE Ltd as an Assistant Controller, performing analytical analysis on financial results and supporting different business units. They later took on the role of Controller, overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.

Eilon then joined XMPie, a Xerox Company, as a Controller before being promoted to Director of Finance and Business Operations. In this role, they worked closely with the CEO and VP finance, managing the finance department and being responsible for all financial aspects of the company.

Currently, Eilon is working at Darrow as a Controller and has been promoted to the role of Senior Controller.
