Patricia Won has over 25 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Patricia began their career in 1996 as a Consultor Senior at Deloitte Perú. In 1998, they became a Coordinadora de Recursos Humanos at Cargill. In 2000, they moved to Unilever, where they served as Human Resources Manager Peru and Remuneration and OD Manager for Peru and Bolivia. From 2003 to 2014, they worked at Microsoft Perú, where they held roles such as Human Resources Manager Peru, HR Business Partner for Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Bolivia, Paraguay, and HR Business Partner for Indonesia and Peru, Ecuador. In 2015, they became a Mentoring & Talent Development professional at Profesional Independiente. In 2017, they joined Quimica Suiza as Gerente Regional de Gestion y Desarrollo del Talento, where they were responsible for restructuring the area and managing 35 people. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Culture and Talent Director at Ynnovadores, before taking on their current role as Chief Talent Strategist at Darshana Inc.
Patricia Won obtained their Bachiller degree in Ciencias Administrativas from Universidad de Lima in 1995. Patricia then attended Cornell University, studying Strategy: Creating Competitive Advantage through People. In 2003, they obtained a Coaching for Performance certification from InterActionTraining. In 2018, they obtained an International Surf judge -Level 1 certification from the International Surfing Association (ISA). In 2020, they obtained a Programa de mentores LIM012 certification from Laboratoria and a Certificacion Internacional en Mentoring certification from Escuela de Mentoring.
