Beth Barich

Beth Barich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate training and intercultural communication. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Dart Container since February 2022, Beth leads the learning agenda for over 1,100 employees and partners with senior management to enhance leadership capabilities aligned with corporate objectives. As the Founder and CEO of Be Beyond Culture, an intercultural consulting firm established in March 2018, Beth specializes in facilitating effective communication across global organizations. Previous roles include Senior Consultant for Organizational Learning & Development at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc., and Vice President of HR Strategy & Delivery at ConsortHR, where expertise was applied in talent management and leadership development. With a Master’s degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s from Indiana University, Beth brings a comprehensive educational background and a commitment to fostering inclusive and effective workplaces.
