Laurie Kish

Laurie Kish is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at Dart Container since September 2018. Prior to this role, Laurie held several key positions at bioMérieux from December 2000 to January 2018, including Global Director of Merieux University Learning Technologies and Business Process Owner, where responsibilities included implementing and managing the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS to enhance global learning solutions. Additionally, Laurie was the Global Director of R&D Project Management, Training and Tools, designing processes that ensured timely and quality product development across various business units. As Director of R&D Quality Engineering and Product Validation, oversight of compliance and quality for product development projects was key, alongside leading quality audits. Laurie holds a Master of Science in Education, Media Design & Technology from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Medical Technology from Albion College.
