Paul Merrigan is an experienced Fare Systems Administrator at Delaware Transit Corporation since July 2017, with a background in software development and project coordination. During a Software Developer Internship at the University of Delaware from 2014 to 2015, Paul focused on Java application development for mobile tablets, requirements acquisition for research projects, and technical support. Prior experience includes nearly 13 years at Kantar TNS as an Offshore Coordinator and DP Programmer, where Paul built scripts for consumer research, coordinated analysis for Fortune 500 clients, and successfully managed cross-functional teams within project constraints. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Delaware, completed in June 2017.
