Prior to this role, William worked at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth Pharmaceuticals) from November 1991 to October 2011 as an Admin Account Compliance & Communications professional, where responsibilities included supporting service center operations and ensuring compliance for a large network of healthcare professionals and accounts. William holds an Associates of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Delaware Technical Community College and has completed coursework in Business Administration at Delaware County Community College.
