Benjamin Martin

Benjamin Martin is an experienced professional in the culinary and sales industries, currently serving as the NYC Sales Manager at D'Artagnan since January 2020. Prior to this, Benjamin held the position of Executive Chef at Butler Bake Shop and worked as a Project Manager for USA Lighting Group, where responsibilities included sales quotes, ROI generation, and coordination of LED lighting installations. Additional culinary experience includes a Consulting Chef role at NAPA POINT BREWING, LLC, and serving as Executive Sous Chef at AvroKO Hospitality Group's The Thomas in Napa, CA. Benjamin completed an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center and holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Iowa State University.
