Matthew Sadownick is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in sales and culinary management. Matthew currently serves as the Sales Manager for Fortune Fish & Gourmet in NYC, a role held since February 2022. Prior to this position, Matthew was the NYC Sales Manager at D'Artagnan. Matthew has a diverse background in culinary roles, including Executive Chef at Constellation Culinary Group and Ruumy's Tavern, as well as Chef De Cuisine at Food+ by Compass. Earlier experience includes positions at Restaurant Associates, Gramercy Tavern, Union Square Cafe, and various internships. Matthew holds an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a B.A. in Writing and Philosophy from Ithaca College, along with a RePlant Your Menu Professional Certificate in Sustainability Studies from Arizona State University.
