Alan Daehnke has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Alan started their career as a Managing Partner at Lutz Pork Store from 1996 to 2005. Alan then worked as a Chef de Cuisine at Noble's Grille from 2006 to 2010. Alan joined Dartcor Food Service in 2010 and held various roles, including Operations Manager and SVP & Chief Innovation Officer. In 2013, they joined Ome Caterers as the VP of Operations. Finally, in January 2020, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Dartcor Food Services.
Alan Daehnke attended Kean University from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2018, they enrolled at the University of Michigan for a business-related degree, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Alan Daehnke participated in the YPO Presidents Program at Harvard Business School, although the exact dates of their involvement are unknown.
