Catherine, Kate Orlando has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Catherine, Kate started their career at Dartcor Food Services in 2004 as a Chef Manager, overseeing operations and managing the culinary team. Catherine, Kate then progressed to the role of Regional Operations Manager, where they were responsible for multiple locations. Catherine continued to advance in the company, becoming the Director of Special Events in 2011, where they handled marketing, training, staffing, budgeting, and client relations for 12 cafes in the Tri-State Region. In 2015, they took on the role of Director of New Business Development, focusing on generating new business and creating brand awareness. Catherine's most recent role at Dartcor Food Services is Director Client Relationships and Catering, which they started in July 2017. Prior to their tenure at Dartcor, Catherine worked as a Catering Director at Monterey Gourmet Foods from 1992 to 1999.
