Bethany Orcutt

Bethany Orcutt, aPHR, has a diverse professional background in program management, career development, and education. Currently serving as Program Manager for Learning and Leadership Development at Dartmouth Health since September 2025 and as Adjunct Faculty at Colby-Sawyer College since September 2023, Bethany previously held multiple roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, including Career Development Specialist and Workforce Development Coordinator from August 2019 to August 2025. Additional experience includes positions at Dartmouth College as Gift Planning Assistant and various roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from 2011 to 2018 and at Genter Healthcare as Billing Clerk. Academically, Bethany earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, in addition to a high school diploma from Kearsarge Regional High School.
