Steven Finnegan

Steven Finnegan, MHA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Dartmouth Health since February 2025. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Hampstead Hospital from July 2022 to February 2025 and was a School Board Member for the Timberlane Regional School District from March 2021 to November 2022. Steven's extensive experience in healthcare management includes serving as Director of Site Operations at Beth Israel Lahey Health, where oversight of multiple primary and specialty care offices resulted in significant annual revenue contributions. Additionally, Steven has held leadership roles in outpatient neurology at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and management positions at Boston Children's Hospital and Elliot Hospital. Steven's educational achievements include doctoral studies in Executive Leadership and Strategic Leadership, along with master's degrees in Health Care Administration and Emergency Management, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Public Policy Analysis.
