Teresa Dean Malcolm

Teresa Dean Malcolm, MD, FACOG, MBA, CPE, CPXP, PCC is currently serving as the System Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging at Dartmouth Health since April 2022. She is responsible for integrating DEIB into all aspects of Dartmouth Health’s strategic operating plan and leading an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental office for DEIB. Teresa also holds the position of Co-Program Director at American Medical Women's Association (AMWA) and is the CEO & Founder of Master Physician Leaders. With a background in obstetrics and gynecology, Teresa has a strong focus on advancing women in executive positions and fostering inclusivity and a sense of belonging in healthcare leadership.
