Dwayna Covey

Dwayna Covey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dwayna worked at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics from 2017, initially as the Director of the Center for Learning and Professional Development and later as the Vice President for the Center. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing professional education, managing Graduate Medical Education programs, and serving as the Title IX Coordinator. Dwayna also worked as a Performance Consultant and Manager of Safety & eLearning Systems at Dartmouth-Hitchcock.

Alongside their healthcare career, Dwayna worked as a Columnist for The Bridge Weekly, LLC, where they wrote a column called "A Dose of Dwayna" from 2010 to 2022. Additionally, they served as the Principal of Talent Thrive Consulting from 2013 to 2019, providing human capital consulting services to small and mid-size companies.

Prior to their healthcare and consulting roles, Dwayna worked as a Performance Coach at New Season Coaching from 2004 to 2017. Dwayna also held various positions at the United States Postal Service from 1989 to 2001, including Rural Letter Carrier, Officer In Charge, and Work Team Facilitator. Furthermore, they worked as the Guidance Coordinator and Administrator at River Bend Career & Technical Center from 2001 to 2007.

In 2023, Dwayna is expected to start a new role as Chief Member at an undisclosed company called Chief.

Dwayna Covey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Springfield College. Dwayna also holds a Master's degree in Guidance & Counseling from Norwich University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Stress Mastery Educator, Bill & Sue Conaty Institute for Transformational Health Care Leadership, Fundamentals of Value-based Health Care, HeartMath Facilitator, Physician Development Coach, Human Capital Strategist, Certified Humor Professional, Laughter Yoga Teacher, Laughter Leader, Reiki Master, Myers Briggs Type Inventory Facilitator, Performance Coach, and ICF Member Badge from different institutions and organizations.
