Lauren Chambers has extensive experience in community health coordination, particularly focusing on substance use disorder (SUD) initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Community Health Partnership Coordinator at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics, Lauren leads multi-stakeholder partnerships to enhance regional care for SUD across 28 towns, develops strategic plans, and provides support to community partners. Previous roles include Regional Program Coordinator at the City of Medford, where Lauren managed the MA Opioid Abuse Prevention Collaborative grant, and Coalition Coordinator for the City of Melrose, focusing on youth substance use prevention. Earlier experience includes positions at Boston Medical Center and the Boston Public Health Commission, contributing to women's health and healthy relationship initiatives. Lauren holds a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Wellness from the University of New Hampshire.
