Lillian Powell has a diverse range of work experience. Lillian started their career at Amerigroup Corporation in 2012 as a Leadership Development Program Associate. In 2014, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. Lillian then transitioned to the healthcare industry and worked at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics. Lillian first served as the Regional Strategy & Operations Director from 2019 to 2020, where they independently developed and led new system-level programs and services. Lillian was then promoted to Administrative Director of the Connected Care Center, where they directed and managed all aspects of Connected Care/Tele-health acute care service lines. Finally, starting in 2023, Lillian has taken on the role of Director of DH System Strategic Planning & Business Development at Dartmouth Hitchcock, where they lead the strategic planning and business development efforts for the healthcare system. Throughout their career, Lillian has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership.
Lillian Powell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from William & Mary in 2012. In 2011, they briefly studied the American Political System at Georgetown University. In 2007, they attended the Advanced Studies Program at St Paul's School. Lillian furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2017 to 2019. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
