Maria Koehler, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as Continuing Care Manager for Workers Compensation and Neuro Oncology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock since June 2017. Prior experience includes a Clinical Social Work Internship at West Central Behavioral Health-Dartmouth Hitchcock in 2016-2017, and roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock from June 2011 to 2017 as Program Coordinator, where Maria developed and supported the Honoring Care Decisions Advance Care Planning program, and as Resource Specialist, focusing on discharge planning in the orthopedics outpatient clinic. Additionally, Maria completed an MSW Student Internship at Upper Valley Haven from September 2014 to May 2015.
