Timothy Houchin, MD, MHCDS, is an experienced psychiatrist with a diverse background in mental health services and education. Since August 2012, Timothy has served as the President of 360 Mental Health Services, focusing on multidisciplinary mental health consultation and medical-legal services. In addition to this role, Timothy holds positions as Senior Medical Director and Behavioral Health Medical Director at WellCare Health Plans since August 2018 and as Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock since November 2014, where instruction includes forensic topics for psychiatry residents and fellows. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Medical Officer at Rutland Mental Health Services and practicing as an Adult, Child and Adolescent, and Forensic Psychiatrist at New Vista KY. Timothy's educational background includes a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry from the University of Rochester, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky. Timothy graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Wabash College.
