Betsy Howard

Betsy Howard is an experienced fundraising professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Leadership Giving at Dartmouth College since 2016. Prior to this role, Betsy worked as a Development Officer for the Alumni Fund at Williams College from October 2007 to January 2016, where expertise was demonstrated in managing a network of 600 volunteer alumni/ae agents and developing leadership committees within the annual giving framework. Betsy also served as Development Manager at Berkshire Country Day School from March 2005 to October 2007, overseeing fundraising initiatives for the independent institution. Earlier in a self-employed capacity from August 1987 to March 2005, Betsy focused on writing and editing non-fiction works, including cookbooks and medical texts. Betsy holds an AB in English Language and Literature from Earlham College and has further training through Radcliffe Publishing Procedures.
