Blaise Stephanus, MS, PMP, PMI-ACP, is an accomplished Program Manager at Dartmouth College, overseeing the International Drilling Program Office with a focus on project and risk management services to enhance organizational effectiveness since November 2013. As President and Owner of Neointention, Blaise manages the Rapid Access Ice Drill Program and an eight million dollar fabrication project in collaboration with the University of Minnesota – Duluth. Previous experience includes serving as Project Manager at UNAVCO, where Blaise implemented a comprehensive management system for a $250 million program, and as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver, developing and teaching graduate-level Project Management courses.
