Kyle Sumsion

Kyle Sumsion is an accomplished rugby coach and athlete with a diverse background in sports and business. Currently serving as the Head Men's Rugby Coach at Dartmouth College since January 2022, Sumsion previously held the position of Men's U20 Head Coach for USA Rugby from February 2021 to December 2023. Prior to these roles, Sumsion was a Professional Athlete for Rugby United NY and the Houston SaberCats, where Kyle also served as Team Captain. Additionally, Sumsion held key coaching and operational roles at the United States Military Academy at West Point. With a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Lindenwood University, Sumsion also worked as an Energy Consultant at Choice! Energy Services from July 2017 to August 2018 and coached rugby at Lindenwood University from August 2015 to July 2017.
