Patrick O'Hern

Patrick O'Hern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the real estate and construction sectors. Since March 2014, Patrick has held several senior roles at Dartmouth College, including Senior Director of Project Management Services, where responsibilities encompass the planning and execution of the Capital Renewal Program, focusing on assessing and prioritizing campus infrastructure projects. Prior to Dartmouth, Patrick served as a Senior Project Manager at ARCADIS U.S. and CB Richard Ellis, and has held project management positions at Toll Brothers, General Growth Properties, and The Rise Group. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.
