Rachele M. Hall

Rachele M. Hall, known as Dr. Rae, serves as the Board Chair at Little Water Preparatory Charter School since August 2021, engaging in board meetings, policy development, and fundraising activities. Concurrently, Dr. Rae holds the position of Senior Assistant Dean and Director of the Office of Pluralism and Leadership at Dartmouth College, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives and community outreach. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at SUNY Westchester Community College and Stony Brook University, overseeing various student services and support areas.
