Sumant Sharma

Sumant Sharma is a dedicated and experienced professional currently serving as a Research Assistant at Dartmouth College since November 2023. Previously, Sumant was the Student Director of Leadership at the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact, where responsibilities included marketing the Foundations in Social Impact Program, interviewing applicants, redesigning cohort curricula, and managing multiple nonprofit consulting projects. Experience also includes a role as a Patient Care Coordinator at the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, overseeing operations at a foot clinic and providing patient care at a respite facility. Earlier positions include two Research Assistant roles at Dartmouth College, focusing on Alzheimer’s research and nonprofit consulting for food pantries. Sumant began developing teaching skills as a tutor at Kumon North America, supporting students from early reading to high school calculus. Sumant is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at Dartmouth College, expected to graduate in 2026.
