James Hayes

James Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James currently serves as the CTO, Mid-Atlantic, for DartPoints, where they support sales executives, manages relationships with key contacts, and provides guidance on solution-based technologies. Prior to that, James worked at Metro Data Center, LLC, where they served as the CTO and Director of Infrastructure and Technology. In these roles, they managed professional services, budgeting, and strategic planning for data center and cloud services. Additionally, James has been actively involved in the data center management community, holding positions such as Board Advisor and President for various AFCOM chapters. James also has experience at companies like Sophos, ENDFORCE, Inc., SmartPipes, and AOL in roles ranging from Global Infrastructure Manager to Systems Integrator.

James Hayes attended DeVry from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics.
