Jerome Joaquin

Jerome Joaquin has held the position of Vice President at Intelligence Research Institute since October 2019, where responsibilities involve collaboration with global academic institutions, government leadership, and private organizations to foster a strategic environment for the design, development, and implementation of technology in physical, digital, and augmented training platforms. In addition, Jerome has served as a Law Enforcement Liaison at the Center for Information Convergence and Strategy (CICS) since January 2018, contributing expertise in law enforcement engagement and strategy.
