Cody Gentry

Cody Gentry has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their service in the US Navy from 2011 to 2016, where they were promoted to the rank of E-5 and Work Center Supervisor aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Harry S Truman. Cody was recommended for Sailor of the Quarter in 2014. In 2016, they became a Real Estate Agent at Holton-Wise Property Management Group, where they promoted client properties, prepared documents, and determined clients' needs and financial abilities. In 2020, they joined Gentile Real Estate as an Operations Manager, where they built, implemented, and managed all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, back-office support, sales tracking and forecasting, and created local market reports and client communications post sale. In 2021, they joined Darwin Homes as the Portfolio Operations Director, Regional Asset Operations Manager, Regional Property Manager, and Senior Property Manager.

Cody Gentry obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cleveland State University between 2015 and 2019. In addition, they obtained a Pricing Strategy Expert (PSA) certification from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae in August 2016, and a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing in March 2016.
