Michael James

Michael James is the Managing Director at Darwin Recruitment since March 2017, overseeing 60 consultants and a management team to realize the company's vision as a leading global STEM talent partner. Previous roles at Darwin include Sales Director for the USA and Germany, Associate Director for recruiting businesses in those regions, and Business Manager and Team Manager for the German market. Early career experience includes serving as Team Leader for Germany and working as a Senior Java/JEE Recruitment Consultant and IT Recruitment Consultant, specializing in recruiting IT specialists and Java Developers. Michael James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Loughborough University, completed in 2012.
