Paul Kirby is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in data consulting and staffing. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of EVOURA since November 2022, Paul leads a company that specializes in providing real-time, single-source data solutions for various applications, including AI support and complex event processing. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Darwin Recruitment, established in 2001, Paul has developed a significant presence in the digital and data staffing sector across multiple countries, managing a team of 200 employees in various international offices. Additionally, Paul has held leadership positions in organizations such as Darwin Consulting and APSCo, and has begun their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan Partnership.
