Gerardo Osorio

Gerardo Osorio has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Gerardo started as a Unit Manager at Flying Wedge Pizza Co in 1999. In 2003 they moved to Expansion as an Ejecutivo Ventas, where they were responsible for customer service, logistics, event planning, and quality assurance. In 2004 they joined TeleTech as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and TechSupport Agent, and was later promoted to QA, where they were in charge of the group's metrics. In 2007 they joined CompuCom as a Team Manager for Levi's Strauss, Axiall, AllState, VSP, Innovapost, Hubbell and Starbucks Co. Finally, in 2016 they joined Darwin TC Group LLC as the Operations Director Mexico.

Gerardo Osorio obtained their degree in Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas from Universidad Tecnológica de México between 2002 and 2008. In 2009, they obtained their Microsoft Certification: MCP and MCDST from Microsoft. In 2013, they obtained their ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from CSME, Inc. and in 2014, they obtained their Transformational Leadership certification from TTC - Turnbull Transformational Coaching.
