Anshul Vijay

Anshul Vijay is the Associate Director of Partnerships & Strategic Alliances at Darwinbox. Anshul was previously the Head of Partnerships & Business Operations at Kraftshala from July 2017 to April 2021.

At Kraftshala, Anshul was responsible for setting up processes across sales, operations, finance, legal and team management. Anshul also led the b-school sales for 2.5 years, delivering 20x growth while partnering with 50+ campuses. Additionally, they helped conceptualize Kraftshala’s venture into the UG segment through the Marketing Launchpad Program and was responsible for placing the batch of 24 students.

Anshul has a proven track record of helping companies scale up their teams and operations efficiently. Anshul is currently leading recruiter partnerships for Kraftshala, setting up a new business line.

Anshul Vijay has a Master's Degree in P.G.D.M. from the Indian Institute of Management in Kozhikode and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Instrumentation and Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. Anshul also attended Montfort Senior Secondary School.
