Geetika Agarwal

Geetika Agarwal currently serves as the Customer Success Head for North & East at Darwinbox since May 2022. Prior to this role, Geetika held the position of Vice President at Genpact from October 2019 to May 2022 and worked as a Consulting Manager at Accenture from August 2014 to October 2019. Geetika's career began with a summer internship at Accenture in April 2013, following a tenure as a Business Analyst in the ICT Practice at Evalueserve from August 2010 to June 2012. Geetika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Instrumentation and Control from Delhi University, obtained in 2010. Early education was completed at Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj, between 1992 and 2006.
