Sudarshana Thigle

Sudarshana Thigle is a seasoned product professional with extensive experience in product management and operations. Currently serving at Darwinbox since September 2021, Sudarshana previously held the role of Product Manager at ITILITE from November 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing mobile apps for business travel and introducing cab services for clients. As Product Lead at QuezX.com from September 2016 to November 2019, Sudarshana successfully launched a WhatsApp communication channel that significantly improved candidate response rates. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Operations Manager at SM Celebrations LLP from June 2013 to June 2016, where Sudarshana led product development and established a manufacturing unit. Sudarshana holds an MBA in Family Managed Business from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation and Control from Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha's Cummins College of Engineering for Women.
