Vikrant Khanna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR transformation, value management, and advisory services. Currently serving as the Vice President and Global Head of Value Management, Advisory & Presales at Darwinbox, Vikrant leads a team focused on positioning the platform as the preferred choice for enterprises across the Asia Pacific. Previous roles include Director of HR Transformation at Deloitte, Partner and Asia Lead for HR Transformation at Alight Solutions, and participation in the HR Transformation Advisory Panel for the Ministry of Manpower. Vikrant's early career includes positions at Aon Hewitt, Tholons, and QAI India Ltd, among others. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Operations from Amity University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Hindu College, Delhi University.
