Chelsea Ogwalu

Chelsea Ogwalu possesses extensive experience in application and practice support management, currently serving as Application Support Manager at DAS Health since July 2016. In this role, Chelsea oversees various PM/EHR support duties for LMS clients, leads a team to complete and document support cases, and ensures adherence to key performance indicators and best practices. Previous positions at DAS Health include Practice Support Manager and Practice Support Team Lead, where Chelsea focused on mentoring staff and streamlining support processes. Prior to joining DAS Health, Chelsea held roles at ATS Healthcare, Speedling Inc., TeleTech, and Tampa General Hospital, showcasing a diverse background in customer service, administrative support, and healthcare. Chelsea holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller from Southern Technical College.
