Anita Smith

Anita Smith, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at DASCO Home Medical Equipment since April 2024, and is the President and Founder of Diversified Recruiting since August 2018, focusing on helping companies meet their people objectives within the non-profit sector. Prior experience includes the role of AVP of Human Resources at CFBank, where collaboration with senior leadership on diverse people priorities was key, and as Senior Human Resources Manager at Versova, overseeing recruiting and HR process improvements across multiple companies. Earlier positions include Senior Executive Recruiting Coordinator at Nationwide and Recruiting Specialist at Gap Inc., where Anita managed large-scale recruitment efforts and team leadership. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Franklin University.
