Autumn O'Dell

Autumn O'Dell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Autumn started their career as an Instructional Assistant at the City of Columbus in 2013 and then worked as an Account Manager at Life Style Staffing from 2014 to 2017. Autumn then briefly worked as a Mortgage Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2017. Autumn later joined Art.com as a Sr. HR Generalist for a few months in 2018 before moving to Thayer Power & Communication Line Construction Co., LLC, where they held roles as an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, and HR Manager from 2018 to 2021. Following this, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Hayden Valley Foods Inc from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Autumn is serving as a Human Resources Director at DASCO Home Medical Equipment, starting in 2023.

Autumn O'Dell obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Columbus State Community College from 2007 to 2009. Autumn then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology at Franklin University from 2011 to 2013.
